Ozay Moore is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and cultural architect whose
work bridges music, storytelling, and community transformation. As a recording artist and creative visionary, Ozay blends sharp lyricism, soulful production, and lived experience to create music that is both emotionally resonant and socially conscious. His sound lives at the intersection of hip hop, jazz, and alternative influences - anchored by knowledge of self, collectivism, and purpose.
Beyond the stage and studio, Ozay is the Executive Director of All of the
Above Hip Hop Academy, a nationally recognized youth arts organization
dedicated to empowering young people through hip hop culture, education,
and creative expression. Under his leadership, the organization has expanded
programming, strengthened community partnerships, and established a
facility that serves as a hub for artistic growth and mentorship.
Ozay’s work extends into film, public speaking, curriculum development, and
cultural advocacy, where he champions the power of Hip Hop culture as a tool
for healing, leadership, and systemic change. Whether performing, teaching,
or building platforms for the next generation, Ozay Moore stands at the forefront of a movement that honors Hip Hop not just as a genre, but as a force for innovation, empowerment, and impact.
