He is the Founder and Omni Director of Creative Expressions, a community-based arts organization dedicated to fostering creativity, resilience, and transformation through trauma-informed, socially conscious programming. Y? has collaborated with world-renowned platforms and institutions including TED, HBO, NYU, Carnegie Hall, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the United Nations, as well as schools, nonprofits, and cultural institutions across the U.S. and internationally. His work bridges artistry and activism, using music, storytelling, and education to spark dialogue and inspire action. As a public speaker, Y? brings a unique voice shaped by his roots as a first-generation Guyanese-American from Queens, NY, blending personal narrative, cultural insight, and artistic performance to engage audiences in transformative conversations. His presentations invite participants to see beyond limitations, embrace creativity as a force for liberation, and reimagine what it means to thrive in uncertain times. Through both Creative Expressions (www.CreativeExpressions.co ) and Why Not Show Love (www.WhyNotShowLove.com ), Y? continues to build platforms that center community, social-emotional growth, and equity in the arts. Whether addressing global leaders, local communities, or emerging creatives, Y? embodies the power of art as activism—and activism as art.
